And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart.
Acts 2:42 - 46

This is the way of life in church of disciples. At that time first Christians met at homes (Acts 12:12, Romans 16:4, Colossians 4:15, Philemon 1:2), in temples (Acts 5:12), at schools (Acts 19:9) and in synagogues (Acts 18:4). Fellowship and worship was more important than the place of meeting. This should become our lifestyle as well.

Fimiam Church, compared to others, which have approximately 25-30 members, is rather large. This is great that we are able to glorify God together. It becomes harder to spend time together and get to know each other closer as the congregation grows. When there are more than 10-15 people, close communication is impossible. This is what the home Church functions for.

Home Church is a group of friends who meet during week and glorify God together in their songs and prayers, study of Scriptures, share blessings and have fellowship in friendly atmosphere. Once a month deacons fulfill one of visible commandments of Jesus Christ they conduct communion. There is also organized prayer of blessing over new babies.

The heart of every Christian is filled with desire to bring people to Jesus, that is why we invite everyone willing to join one of our home Churches!

Participating in a home Church helps us to achieve unity

When a person does not belong to any of the home churches, it is impossible for him or her to fully realize, what the Church as a whole is. Why? Because Church is not only Sunday Sermons, its life during weekdays. There is true communication, mutual support, developing relationships and built up union during meetings at home Churches.

Some people think that once they have made Covenant with God, when they were baptized, this is enough for them to become Church members. It is so. But it is only a formality. It is only practical ministering and participation in a home Church that unites a person with the Church. One should ask oneself a question what makes his eye a part of his body. Is it its name eye or its function of the eye in the body? Thus one should participate in fellowship! Join your home Church!!!

Home Church is your family and friends

The Church is first and foremost a family. And the home Church is a strengthening link in this family. Youll find friendship, communication, support, interesting conversations, opportunities to meet other people and develop relationships. We do not meet because we should do this or because it is right to do this, but because we like to spend time together it is interesting and fun!

Home Churches are organized for people of different ages: youth, teenagers, families, adults. Thus you will easily find your home Church.

Guarantee of spiritual growth

Attending a home Church you will be able to grow spiritually every time we discuss an interesting topic from the Scripture. If you do not understand some passages from the Bible, it is the right place to ask questions without feeling shy and together with others find an answer to your question.

You will hear interesting stories from lives of other fellow Christians. Life experience, conversations with more spiritually mature brothers and sisters are much more useful than dozens of theoretical advice.

God will work upon your character and change you through real communication.

Moral and spiritual support

One of the best ways to fight sin is to communicate with more spiritually mature people. In general, if a person ceases to attend a home Church, this can be a sign of future spiritual fall. When a person realizes that some sin entered his or her life, he or she tries to separate from friends (so that no one would learn about this, for fear of judgment), and tries to deal with the problem all alone. But the truth is that it is really difficult to keep ones balance on ones own.

There is no one to judge you in a home Church but everyone will offer help. Thus, even when you go through hard times or if you have recently repented, be sure not to neglect this fellowship. This is Gods instrument for your support!!!

Attending a home Church, you become a part of a homelike family, where you can find moral and spiritual support.

It is a place where you can minister in practice

At the meetings of your home Church you will find endless opportunities to minister to other people: buy some biscuits for tea, pray for someone aloud, support someone materially, offer things people are in need of, help someone to redecorate their apartment, visit someone who is ill... That is you can offer practical help.

Thanks to a home Church we more often have an excellent opportunity to minister your brothers and sisters in such small things as washing dishes after everyone or maybe tell something nice, or encourage someone.

Support and sincere communication will help you to easier move on in your life, make right decisions. You will always find here some help and understanding, prayer back up and friends support.
